Household Consumer’s Preferences And Demand For Granulated Sugar In Bandar Lampung City

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis preferensi, permintaan dan faktor penentu gula pasir konsumen rumah tangga di Kota Bandar Lampung. Pengambilan data dilakukan Kecamatan Kemiling, Way Halim, Tanjung Karang Barat Timur Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survei dengan teknik multistage random sampling. Responden ibu berjumlah 100 orang. Analisis menggunakan analisis konjoin, statistik deskriptif regresi linear berganda. dilaksanakan bulan Januari-Maret 2021. Hasil diperoleh disukai kemasan tekstur halus berwarna putih, berukuran satu kilogram kisaran harga Rp. 11.500 – 13.000. Atribut produk dianggap paling penting sampai tidak secara berurutan atribut jenis, tekstur, warna, ukuran, harga. Pola didasarkan pada merek dagang banyak Gulaku rata-rata pembelian 0,57 kg/kapita/bulan. Faktor jumlah anggota keluarga.
